Welcome to RFinder Radios. By accessing or using our website, products, and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. General Use

  • By purchasing or using our products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

  • You agree to use our products and services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.


2. Purchases & Payments

  • All prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

  • Payments must be completed in full and deposited before products are shipped or digital services are activated. We have no control over banks, credit card processor. When the funds arrive the process begins.

  • You are responsible for your subscription to Unified Radios.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier, and external factors outside our control.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, production in CN or unforeseen circumstances.

  • You are responsible to pay any customs duty and/or VAT and/or Sales Tax for your area. If you choose not to pay the duty you are responsible for return shipping and customs duty in China, as all units are shipped factory direct after 2 levels of quality assurance. The return shipping and duty will be deducted from your refund.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Hardware products may be eligible for return for repair or replacement subject to our return policy (please contact support for details).

  • Software Issues: We do not issue refunds for software-related problems. If you experience any software issues, please contact our support team. We will assist you and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • It is the end user's responsibility to apply updates as necessary. We regularly provide software updates to improve functionality and bug fixes. If you file a reversal with your bank or CC company, you are responsible for a 25% restocking fee which covers wiping and repacking and you are resonsible for shpping fees.

5. Support

  • Technical support is available via our official support channels.

  • While we make every effort to resolve issues promptly, resolution times may vary depending on complexity.

  • Our support line is +1.631.830.2555 generally 0600-0000 Eastern Time if you do not have access to the UR portal. You can use voice, sms or WhatsApp on that number. If you have access to the UR portal, please open a ticket there. That is the best way to get support.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • RFinder Radios is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications of our products.

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or downtime.


7. Warranty

  • Hardware products are covered by a limited warranty (details provided separately).

  • Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.


8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, and materials on this website are the property of RFinder Radios and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.


9. Changes to Terms

  • RFinder Radios reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of our website or products constitutes acceptance of any changes.
